It is no surprise in today's culture that we do not offer Latin here at AHS, but the original Romantic language is infused in words all around us. Looking at the title of the Ashland High School yearbook we can see that Vox Anni is not English and appears to be Latin in origin. A little research on the title gives us the following translation:
We are "The Voice of the Year". We embody that by producing a book every year that reflects the student body population and its diversity in interests, backgrounds, abilities, and school spirit. The name 'Vox Anni' was given to the book in its infancy. We have an archive of books dating back to the 1950s and by the 1970s our book was titled Vox Anni. We use this name, both as tradition and as a way to emphasize what it is we provide by doing a yearbook each and every year.

Senior portraits must be...
Our official photographer is Grynn & Barrett. If you get your photo taken with G&B, they will provide the pose of your choice to the yearbook by the deadline. The last day for seniors to get their senior portraits taken with Grynn & Barrett is October 4, 2015.
The yearbook staff is still hard at work trying to set all of the senior deadlines, as well as advertisement deadlines, and book deadlines. Please check back at a later date or listen to the announcements for official dates.
The deadline to submit senior biographies, baby pictures, and portraits was Halloween. If a member of the yearbook staff has contacted you asking you to change, submit, or re-submit an item, please do so ASAP. We need to send the pages to the printer soon.
Personal ads are on sale at our online order center.
The Yearbook Survey is online! You have until January 6 to take it.

The 2012-2013 school year has started. The yearbook will meet TUESDAYS and WEDNESDAYS for the fall semester. Students of all ages are invited to join.
By all measures spirit week was a success! Students, teachers, and staff dressed up in pajamas, neon, 1980's garb, sports apparel, ninja garb, and their class colors. Student Council organized a fun week of events capped off by the homecoming rally on Friday and dance on Saturday night.
We got lots of great photos for the yearbook. If you have pictures of student activities, clubs, sports events, or just everyday student life at Ashland, send them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The best ones could be used in the yearbook!
